TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated · April 2026

These are the rules for using EdgeCasts. We’ve tried to keep them short and plain. Using the service means you agree to them.

Who we are

"EdgeCasts," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the entity operating this site at edgecasts.com. "You" refers to the human using it.

The service

EdgeCasts is a subscription library of screencasts showing business operators how to delegate recurring tasks to AI. Some episodes are free. Some require a Pro or Live membership.

Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • One human per account. Don’t share credentials.
  • You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor if available.
  • If you believe your account is compromised, tell us immediately via the contact page.

Membership and billing

  • Paid memberships renew automatically on the billing cycle you chose (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable once charged. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked.
  • Prices may change. If they do, existing subscribers keep their current price for at least 90 days after notice is given.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location. Stripe calculates and collects them.

Content and license

The screencasts, prompts, code samples, and written material in EdgeCasts are owned by us or licensed to us. As a member, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • Watch the screencasts on the EdgeCasts site.
  • Use the prompts and code samples in your own work, including work you do for your employer or clients.
  • Share what you learn.

You may not:

  • Re-upload the screencasts elsewhere.
  • Mirror or scrape the library.
  • Resell the material or bundle it into a competing offering.
  • Remove attribution from materials where attribution is present.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

  • Break applicable laws.
  • Attempt to circumvent the payment or access controls.
  • Probe, scan, or otherwise attempt to compromise our systems or our users.
  • Use the contact form, account signals, or any part of the service to spam or harass.
  • Train a model on our content without a separate written agreement.

Termination

You can close your account whenever. We can terminate or suspend access if you materially break these terms, especially the acceptable-use clause. When we terminate for cause, we’re not obligated to refund.

Disclaimers

EdgeCasts is provided "as is." The workflows in the screencasts are examples, not warranted guarantees of outcome. You are responsible for reviewing what you deploy into your own stack. We don’t promise any specific result, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what’s required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from EdgeCasts is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we’ll email subscribers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EdgeCasts is incorporated. Disputes that can’t be resolved through direct conversation go to the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
